What Data We Collect and Why
This is a static website. We do not operate user accounts, contact forms, or any system that directly collects personal information. The personal data we process is limited to:
- Server access logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer URL. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (security and site diagnostics). Retained for up to 30 days.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics tool. It does not identify individual users, does not use cookies, and does not share data with advertisers. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
Cookies
This site does not set first-party cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless by design. If you follow an affiliate link to a third-party merchant, their cookie policy will apply on their site.
Affiliate Links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This has no influence on our editorial assessments. See our full Affiliate Disclosure.
Third-Party Links
We link to external websites (software vendors, review sources). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Your Rights Under UK GDPR
Under UK data protection law, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data.
- Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data.
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Because we do not collect personal data beyond server logs (which do not identify you individually in any stored form), most of these rights are unlikely to apply in practice. To exercise any right, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
